The Rules
Cancellation
Your credit card number is required when booking appointments longer than 3 hours. In consideration of our clients and our stylists, we require a 24-hour notice of cancellation or rescheduling. A 50% fee of services scheduled may be charged with less than a 24-hour notice or no-show.
